Now hiring Maintenance Electrician – Direct Hire Location: Newport, AR Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time These are the qualifications that matter. 3–5+ years of manufacturing electrical maintenance experience Strong PLC troubleshooting and repair skills (required) Experience with diagnostic tools (VOM meters, meggers, amp meters) Knowledge of AC/DC theory, motor controls, and electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot automation equipment and production lines Preferred Experience Food or beverage manufacturing Industrial automation systems Mechanical maintenance (conveyors, bearings, motors, gearboxes) Instrumentation and calibration Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and controls Diagnose issues with motors, starters, VFD drives, sensors, breakers, and switches Install and test electrical circuits, PLC components, and automation systems Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment Complete electrical installations (conduit, wiring, components) Inspect and maintain power distribution systems Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately Support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades Follow all safety standards and electrical safe work practices Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
