    Job Description

    Duties Responsible for leading and coordinating the daily activities and operations of the organization.Supervises the Maintenance Management Specialist, Maintenance Control Technicians, Administrative Support Assistant, and Tool and Parts Attendant.Directs the daily operation of the Facility Equipment Maintenance (FEM) Program, ensuring all work tracked via work order in FEM.Responsible to ensure maintenance management for Operations and Maintenance Section Projects/Facilities, and related equipment meets serviceability and readiness standards.Requirements Conditions of employment Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG).
