In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of this apartment community meet both company standards and applicable laws.As the Service Technician, you will help to:Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable lawsRespond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service ticketsCommunicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updatesCompensation & IncentivesBase Pay: $21.00 - $24.00Up to 50% Rent DiscountProperty Staff Shared Renewal CommissionsMorgan Essentials: $300 quarterlyOn-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phoneMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchGenerous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leaveSchedule:Monday - FridayPaid rotating on-call participation requiredMust be available and prepared for emergency events* Schedule subject to change based on business needsWhat We'll Expect From You:Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicleHVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferredOne year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAC#4525
