We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a well-maintained apartment community in Louisville, KY. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who takes pride in property performance, team leadership, and resident satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and mentor maintenance team members
• Oversee work orders, service requests, and unit turns
• Ensure completion of preventive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Maintain property safety and compliance standards
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members

What You Bring

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• EPA Certification (required)
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
