Our service centers are the heartbeat of this mission, and our Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.Join a company where innovation meets impact, and where your work directly supports a cleaner, more efficient future for the food industry.What You'll DoTroubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues across production equipmentPerforming preventive maintenance and completing safety and reliability inspectionsSupporting building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general facility upkeepWorking closely with the maintenance team to diagnose and address recurring equipment problemsEnsuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca's internal safety standardsDemonstrating thorough understanding and consistent application of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) proceduresWhat We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of OSHA safety standards and LOTO proceduresElectrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logicMechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and controlsExperience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not requiredAbility to work overtime as neededWork ScheduleWe Hire Maintenance Technicians Across All Riverside Shifts1st Shift: 4:00 AM–12:30 PM2nd Shift: 12:00 PM–8:30 PM3rd Shift: 7:00 PM–3:30 AMOur Commitment to Equal OpportunityAt Tosca, we believe in fostering a workplace where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
