OVERALL DESCRIPTION
The Management Analyst in the Chief of Staff's Office provides high-level data analysis, administrative support, and performance reporting to executive leadership. This role focuses on developing data dashboards, preparing executive presentations, managing confidential personnel data, and streamlining interdepartmental operations to improve efficiency.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business administration, data analytics, or any related field, and five (5) years of experience of progressive responsibility involved in analytical responsibilities. In lieu of the above requirements, a master's degree will be considered as an acceptable equivalent for experience (i.e., one (1) year of formal master's education equates to two years of related experience); however, the candidate must possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience regardless of education. Experience working with Tableau and/or Power BI visualization tools. Excellent analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills required. Must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. Must be methodical, detail oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be well versed on all divisional administrative functions which include handling confidential matters. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills required. Strong computer skills required. Must demonstrate proficiency with MS Office software applications including Access, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS/Financial management software preferred.
