What Will You Be Doing?

• Manage SEC Filings: Oversee the SEC drafting, review and filing process for the Company's SEC filings, including, but not limited to, 10-Qs, 10-Ks and 8-Ks
• Research technical accounting matters: Assist with preparation of accounting memos and implementation of new accounting standards
• Remain current on disclosure requirements: Benchmark the Company's disclosures against the Company's peer group
• Month end-close: Ensure month-end closing process of recording journal entries, completing and reviewing reconciliations and issuing financial statements for corporate and consolidated are performed accurately, timely and efficiently
• Process improvement: Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes, including automation
• Maintain internal control structure: Effectively manage internal controls over the financial statement close process, in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley standards for public companies

Qualifications That Make You The Perfect Fit!

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
• 5-7 years of accounting experience required
• Experience in Excel required
• Experience in SAP preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
