Manager, Wholesale OperationsFabletics is looking for a Manager, Wholesale Operations. This role owns the day‑to‑day execution of our international wholesale and B2B business—ensuring orders move seamlessly from purchase order through delivery across global partners.You will operate at the center of wholesale and B2B order management operations, coordinating across internal teams, fulfillment partners, and customers to deliver accurate, on‑time, and compliant shipments. You are responsible for managing order flow, resolving issues, and driving operational consistency as the business scales. This is a build role to enable scale. You will create structure, define SOPs, align cross‑functional teams, and establish operational discipline.What You Will DoOwn end‑to‑end international wholesale and B2B order execution, managing the lifecycle from order receipt through final delivery across international accountsDrive on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) performance by aligning production timelines, inventory availability, and shipping windowsEnsure full compliance with retailer routing guides, including labeling, packaging, ASN, and shipping requirementsDrive onboarding process for new international accountsCoordinate with fulfillment partners to manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate and timely executionServe as the primary operational point of contact for B2B customers, providing proactive updates and resolving order‑related issuesPartner cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Production, Planning, and Supply Chain to align on order execution and delivery timelinesMonitor order flow and identify risks, proactively driving resolution to maintain delivery commitments and escalating issues to relevant stakeholdersSupport freight coordination, shipment documentation, and customer communication across international marketsIdentify process gaps and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalabilityDevelop and maintain SOPs and reporting to track performance, reduce chargebacks, and improve execution consistencyProvide visibility into order status, operational risks, and performance metrics to internal stakeholdersWhat You Can Bring3–5 years of experience in B2B or wholesale operations, logistics, or supply chain within apparel or consumer goodsStrong experience managing retailer routing guides, compliance requirements, and chargeback preventionHands‑on experience with wholesale order management processesExperience coordinating with fulfillment partners and managing international shipmentsWorking knowledge of WMS, OMS, or ERP systemsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and prioritiesProven ability to work cross‑functionally and drive execution without direct authorityExcellent communication skillsComfort operating in a fast‑paced environmentIdeal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovationWhere We AreThis role will be based in our El Segundo HeadquartersCompensation & Total RewardsThe annual base salary range for this position is from $94,446 to $110,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role.
