A leading manufacturing company in Norwalk, CT is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to join its production team. This is a hands-on position responsible for assembling, integrating, testing, and qualifying complex electromechanical products in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Multiple shifts available!
Responsibilities:
Assemble and test precision electromechanical components and systems.
Follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and production procedures.
Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
Record production data accurately in ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and communicate effectively with team members.
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous manufacturing or electromechanical assembly experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Experience using hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office required, SAP and LabVIEW are a plus.
Ability to read and follow technical documentation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Work Environment:
Cleanroom environment requiring full PPE throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive tasks.
Must be comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, chemicals, ladders, and material handling equipment.
