Marketer / Hospital Liaison
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Full-Time Drive Admissions. Build Relationships. Make an Impact.
We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and relationship-driven Marketer / Hospital Liaison to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners to drive admissions and increase census.
This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting patients and families with exceptional post-acute care services. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and community organizations.
Generate referrals and increase admissions through strategic marketing initiatives.
Conduct daily visits to hospitals and referral sources within the assigned territory.
Educate referral partners on the facility's clinical programs, services, and capabilities.
Coordinate with the Admissions Department to ensure a seamless referral and admission process.
Represent the facility at networking events, community programs, and healthcare meetings.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
Maintain accurate records of referral activity and marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve census and occupancy goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison services preferred.
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, Long-Term Care, or Hospital setting strongly preferred.
Established relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providers are a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve admissions goals.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
