    Description

    Job Summary:

    This position supports the overall efforts of the Katz JCC to share the stories of our community, promote our programs and services, and foster engagement with members and guests. The Marketing Associate will support the marketing team and overall programs teamwith content creation and review, and with project management for deliverables across the whole organization.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Content Creation:

    Work collaboratively with marketing team and programs team to produce written and social content to promote Katz JCC's programs, events, and achievements in alignment with the publications and content calendars.

    Monitor active social media accounts including but not limited to Katz JCC, Fitness and Wellness, Sari Isdaner Early Childhood Center, and Members Group, by responding to messages and comments and increasing engagement and followers

    Maintain an organized and accessible bank of photos and content; ensure timely uploads and archives of all photos, articles, captions, and assets

    Proof organization-wide assets and articles for accuracy, brand guidelines, and program alignment

    Conduct periodic facility content walk-throughs as it relates to signage, ensuring brand standards and accuracy

    Administration and Events

    Collaborate with our marketing partners by submitting marketing forms, monitoring progress on deliverables, and ensuring timely feedback is provided

    Attend weekly meetings with marketing and programs teams; provide partnership and support for programs team members with forms submission, timely feedback loops, and accurate content

    Conduct weekly website audits for content accuracy and submit necessary changes to program departments and marketing partners

    Attend programs and events to support content and photo capture, support event activities

    Assist marketing team with billing reconciliation

    Participate in the building manager on duty protocols

    Program Analysis

    Work with the marketing and programs teams to monitor and collect program and marketing effectiveness as it relates to program and events registrations and digital engagement

    Prepare monthly board reports and occasional presentations to showcase engagement analysis and identify trends within all program departments

    Required Education and Experience:

    Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, design, or at least three years of commensurate field experience in a marketing or project management role

    Strong organizational skills are required; the ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, proven task management systems in high volume systems, and clear communications

    Additional Technical Requirements:

    Advanced Level PC skills: Microsoft Office Suite -Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Access.

    Ability to perform work that is routine and strong attention to details

    Knowledge of systems and functionality.

    Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

    Excellent project management, customer service, organization, and time management skills.
