
The YMCA of Southern Nevada is looking for a marketing coordinator to join our team. The Association Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing and communication initiatives that advance the YMCA of Southern Nevada's mission and strategic goals. Working closely with the Marketing Director, this position creates engaging content, coordinates marketing projects, and supports digital communications that promote YMCA membership, programs, fundraising efforts, events, and community impact.
This role is responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials, managing day-to-day social media execution, supporting email and website communications, and helping maintain a consistent YMCA brand across all association locations.
This is a part-time in-person position and will require approximately 25-30 hours per week. The position will be based at the Centennial Hills YMCA - 6601 N Buffalo Drive Las Vegas, Nevada. Evening and weekend scheduling will be required as needed to support community events and Y programming.
Responsibilities include marketing coordination, project coordination, social media and digital content, graphic design and brand support, communications, photography, video and multimedia, events and community engagement, and analytics and reporting.
Abuse risk management functions include adhering to policies related to boundaries with children, attending required abuse risk management training, reporting suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations, following mandated abuse reporting requirements, and adhering to job specific abuse risk management responsibilities.
