Showroom Floating Sales Associate
Traveling Locations: Bellville, Newark, & Lewis Center
North Central Insulation is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Floating Sales Associate to support locations in Bellville, Newark, and Lewis Center, Ohio. This is a floating position, meaning the associate will rotate between locations as needed to ensure excellent customer service and consistent showroom operations.

Position Overview
The Showroom Floating Sales Associate plays a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for customers in our showroom. This position involves assisting with product selection, providing sales support, and handling daily operations within the showroom. The associate collaborates closely with management, installation teams, and various internal departments to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and accurate information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet customers in person or by phone and help them select products that meet their needs, while maintaining a professional tone.
Customer Support:
- Answer questions, resolve concerns, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Showroom:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom and reception area.
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and ensure displays are current and properly stocked.
Administrative Support:
- Enter customer information, maintain records, and assist with basic office tasks.
Multi-Location Support:
- Travel between NCI showrooms in Bellville, Newark, and Lewis Center as needed.
Qualifications
Customer Service Skills:
- Strong communication, active listening, and a customer-focused mindset.
Organization & Multitasking:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism & Teamwork:
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and with a team.
Computer Skills:
- Basic computer skills with a comfort level with office software.
Transportation:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

- Starting pay at $19.00 an hour, with chances to earn commission on items that you sell in-house
