Key Responsibilities Review and interpret work orders in collaboration with service advisors Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics Estimate time, labor, and parts needed for repairs and maintenance Perform high-quality repair and maintenance work on all major automotive systems Install parts, components, and systems as needed Record inspection results, diagnostic findings, and repair recommendations clearly and accurately Requirements MUST-HAVES: 610 years of experience (ideally 610; considered at Master's level with a minimum of 5 years) (Open to candidates with 3-4 years of experience) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Expertise with Asian, domestic, and German vehicles Electrical diagnostic skills, rated on a scale of 110 (candidates rating 58 are acceptable) Deep knowledge of automotive systems and electronic diagnostics Proficiency with shop equipment including alignment, diagnostic, and A/C tools Hands?on experience with Identifix diagnostics Own tools, with documentation of total tool value (in USD) Benefits Benefits: (After 90 days probationary period) Competitive compensation Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance
