    Master Automotive Technician Job Type: Full-Time Location: Whittier, CA 90605 Work Hours: Mon - Fri 8AM - 5PM Sat 8AM - 4PM Sunday Closed Pay: $22-30/hr + bonus Performance-based bonus $1500-7k / month + hourly rate OT Rate: Time and a half for hours after 40 hours a week Company Details: The company is one of the largest full-service tire and auto repair providers in the West, offering tire sales, retreading, mobile commercial service, and 24/7 roadside assistance across multiple locations since 1911.Job Description We're seeking a Master-Level Automotive Technician to join our high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret work orders in collaboration with service advisors Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics Estimate time, labor, and parts needed for repairs and maintenance Perform high-quality repair and maintenance work on all major automotive systems Install parts, components, and systems as needed Record inspection results, diagnostic findings, and repair recommendations clearly and accurately Requirements MUST-HAVES: 610 years of experience (ideally 610; considered at Master's level with a minimum of 5 years) (Open to candidates with 3-4 years of experience) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Expertise with Asian, domestic, and German vehicles Electrical diagnostic skills, rated on a scale of 110 (candidates rating 58 are acceptable) Deep knowledge of automotive systems and electronic diagnostics Proficiency with shop equipment including alignment, diagnostic, and A/C tools Hands?on experience with Identifix diagnostics Own tools, with documentation of total tool value (in USD) Benefits Benefits: (After 90 days probationary period) Competitive compensation Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance
