Master PlannerExperience: Mid LevelSalary: $115,000 - $140,000 per yearKey Responsibilities and DutiesManage and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).Coordinate incoming customer purchase orders and communicate delivery commitments.Establish and communicate production due dates within 24 hours of receiving orders.Monitor and manage customer delivery KPIs, including on-time delivery performance exceeding 99%.Create and release work orders through the company's ERP/MRP system.Update production schedules daily based on demand and operational requirements.Track production progress through all stage gates and identify schedule risks.Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Customer Account Managers, and Operations teams.Resolve production bottlenecks and elevate issues impacting customer commitments.Manage forecasting models and perform demand analysis.Develop and maintain rolling 3-month production plans.Coordinate expedited and rush orders while balancing operational capacity.Communicate schedule changes and production priorities across departments.Monitor production timelines from order receipt through final shipment.Qualifications NeededBachelor's Degree preferred.Minimum 1-3 years of Production Planning, Master Scheduling, Supply Chain Planning, or Demand Planning experience.Experience with Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP is required.Strong experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems to manage production schedules, work orders, inventory, and customer demand.Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.Experience supporting a high-demand, fast-paced manufacturing environment.Proven ability to manage competing priorities, changing customer demands, and production constraints.Experience developing and maintaining Master Production Schedules (MPS).Strong forecasting, demand planning, and capacity planning experience.Experience working cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work directly with leadership and customers.Health & Wellness, Nutraceutical, Dietary Supplement, Pharmaceutical, or Food Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.Project Management certification preferred.Work EnvironmentOffice-based position supporting a high-demand manufacturing operation.Frequent interaction with Production, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.Occasional access to and visibility within the production facility.Fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service, production execution, and on-time delivery.A bit about us:Founded over a decade ago and based in Salt Lake City, UT, we are a fast-growing manufacturing organization focused on delivering high-quality, regulated products with a strong emphasis on compliance, efficiency, and innovation.
