Total Aviation Staffing is hiring a Material Handling Technician for our client in Mansfield, Texas .This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented warehouse professional with experience in material handling, inventory control, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and warehouse organization. You will help ensure materials and products are received, stored, moved, tracked, and shipped accurately while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.If you have warehouse or manufacturing experience, enjoy hands‑on work, and take pride in keeping operations organized and moving, this is a strong full‑time opportunity with competitive hourly pay and the possibility of overtime.What You'll DoAs a Material Handling Technician , you will support the effective movement, storage, and tracking of materials throughout the warehouse.Key responsibilities include:Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, products, and shipments.Store materials in designated areas according to company procedures.Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.Assist with loading and unloading trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles.Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock counts.Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or shipment issues.Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.Follow safety regulations, company procedures, and material handling best practices.Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse efficiency and daily workflow.Support general warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as needed.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is reliable, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. You should be able to follow processes, communicate clearly, operate equipment safely, and maintain strong attention to detail.This role is a good fit for someone who understands that accurate inventory and organized material flow keep the whole operation running smoothly.
