Description

Overview Position: F135 Sustainment Materials Manager for the F-135 Propulsion System. Location: East Hartford, CT (onsite). Role Type: Onsite. Security Clearance: None/Not Required. The position supports the F135 program within a fast-moving global network, focusing on material requirements planning (MRP), inventory management, and logistics throughout the government-owned network. This description preserves the core responsibilities and qualifications of the role while removing extraneous page-load and metadata text.Responsibilities Analyze and drive MRP alignment by partnering with Industrial, Engineering, repair supply partners, MRP Controllers, and Delivery Assurance to ensure a continuous flow of inventory into the government-owned network where possible.Engage in all aspects of F135 Initial & Replenishment Spares support, from final planning on the range and depth of target inventory quantities at multiple locations to generating reporting on spares sales order placements, sales order follow-ups, expediting, and delivery status.Be a key member of a team that continually refines material item management and logistics support capabilities.Contribute to the rapid expansion of the F135 operational support construct and participate in high-level analytical tasks using advanced MS Excel skills.Lead meetings, debrief actions, provide cross-functional information in a dynamic environment, and brief senior leaders as needed.Provide coaching and mentoring to P3 level individuals.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; 8 years of experience managing MRP and/or inventory in an operational supply chain, or an Advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience.High level analytical skills and strong MS Excel skills (examples: XLookup, VLookup, nested/compound IF statements, and other advanced formulas).Ability to analyze spares redistribution data, support fleet global availability requirements, determine allocation prioritization, and perform ad hoc tasks as needed.Experience in leading meetings and communicating with cross-functional teams; ability to present information clearly to stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications In-depth knowledge of PW/Raytheon internal supply policies, DPAS requirements, and standard work; proficiency in SAP transactions.Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to organize and present information from multiple information systems.Self-starter with initiative and a track record of driving complex issues to closure.Knowledge of current Department of Defense engine material and logistics support concepts is beneficial.Additional Information Relocation assistance is not provided.Role is onsite; commuting is the employee's responsibility.Relocation and interview process specifics will be shared during the recruiting process.Salary range: 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
