And they need someone who can make the impossible plannable.We are seeking an Inventory and Manufacturing Planner to own inventory strategy , configuration management , and production planning for our robotic systems at BOS12/BOS27/BOS35 . You will build the planning and inventory control infrastructure for systems that are actively scaling from early development to full production.This role requires deep expertise in manufacturing planning , the judgment to make high-impact decisions in ambiguous environments, and the technical credibility to influence engineering and operations partners.You will develop inventory control policies , own the full lifecycle of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs) , build Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs) , create finite production schedules , and release work orders .
