Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler with 3+ years of production planning and scheduling experience.Responsible for creating and optimizing production schedules, managing inventory and material availability, maintaining SAP/MRP data, supporting new product launches, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of production planning/scheduling experienceStrong SAP/ERP and MRP expertiseAdvanced Excel and Microsoft Office skillsProject management and continuous improvement experienceKnowledge of inventory management, capacity planning, BOMs, routings, and safety stockExperience with GMP, ISO/FDA regulations, or medical device manufacturing preferredAPICS CPIM and Six Sigma certifications are a plusCore ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage production schedules across multiple product linesMonitor inventory, material shortages, safety stock, and on-time delivery metricsMaintain SAP/MRP master data, BOMs, routings, and planning parametersSupport new product introductions, transfers, and supply chain initiativesCoordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Quality, R&D, Logistics, and Customer Service teamsGenerate planning, backlog, shortage, and performance reports#J-18808-Ljbffr
