What Does a Member of Our Crew Get to Do?

Crew Members can serve in a variety of different roles that can include being a cashier, maintaining our dining room or preparing our food. One common expectation is that each Crew Member can warmly greet guests with a genuine smile.

Essential Duties for a Crew Member May Include:

• Welcoming our Guests in and thanking them for choosing McDonald's
• Preparing and serving our world class food
• Maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant
• Accepting payment from Guests and making correct change
• Explaining our menu and answering questions for all Guests
• Bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting (up to 25 lbs, as needed)
