Assembler Opportunity at VAC-CON in Green Cove Spring, FL!
Summary:
The Assembler will assemble or install components as instructed using required hand tools and/or power tools.
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.
This includes prepping chassis, installing frames, hosing, and sub-assemblies onto the unit using templates or reading measurements. Tests proper function of final product/units.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Manufacturing industry experience preferred
Certifications: none
Other required KSA (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
Understanding of the product and how the product is expected to perform by the end user.
Understanding of mechanical engineering and metal fabrication.
Limited knowledge of diesel engines and air systems.
Proficient use of hand tool, pneumatic tool, and battery-operated tools. Knowledge of fabrication: Cutting and welding
