Randstad is hiring detail-oriented, hands-on Mechanical Assemblers to join a production team in New Berlin, WI. If you enjoy solving puzzles, working with tools, and building complex mechanical systems from the ground up, this role is a perfect fit.

In this position, you won't just be doing repetitive line work-you will be reading technical layouts and using your mechanical aptitude to assemble high-quality machinery and components.

salary: $17 - $17.99 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 2 PM - 11:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Assemble Components: Read basic blueprints, schematics, or work instructions to accurately assemble mechanical, electrical, or structural parts.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect parts and completed assemblies visually to ensure they meet strict quality standards and specifications.
• Tool Operation: Safely use hand tools, power tools, and specialized fixtures or gauges to complete assembly tasks.
• Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
