What You'll Do:

• Hose assembly, soldering, filling, testing, and final product closure
• Work at multiple stations, ensuring each component meets quality standards
• Collaborate with others to produce reliable, top-quality products
• Use a variety of hand tools and specialized machinery
• Be prepared to cross-train across different assembly tasks to support the overall manufacturing process

Required Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform detailed hand assembly and fine manipulation
• Basic computer skills for reporting production data
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures

Nice to Have Skills:

• Manufacturing or assembly experience
• Familiarity with hand tools and specialized machinery such as soldering irons, torque wrenches, and can seamers

Other Requirements:

• Capable of working in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work in various assembly stations as needed
• Cross-training required to enhance versatility
