Location-Greenville, SC Direct Hire-$100k-$120K+ Mechanical Estimator-HVAC We have an opening for a Mechanical Estimator (HVAC)in Greenville, SC. This role is critical to the success of industrial and commercial construction projects, providing accurate and competitive cost estimates that drive strategic decisions and project execution. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure our bids are precise, timely, and aligned with project goals. Required: Minimum7 years of experiencein mechanical estimating within industrial/construction/MEP environments. Strong understanding ofmechanical systems, construction methods, and industry standards. Proficiency inestimating software(e.g., Bluebeam, Trimble, Quote soft, or similar). Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills. Strongverbal and written communicationabilities.
