Job Description

Prepare detailed mechanical estimates for large projects

Analyze drawings, specifications, and system designs

Participate in design-assist and value engineering efforts

Collaborate with project teams during handover

Support pricing strategy and risk assessment

Contribute to early-stage project planning

The Successful Applicant

Estimating experience with a mechanical or MEP contractor

Strong understanding of complex building systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced, design-heavy environment

Experience with large project pursuits preferred

General Contractor estimators will not be considered
