Service Advisor
Chapman Automotive Group is proud to be one of the leading automotive groups in Arizona and Nevada, committed to delivering the best vehicle ownership experience through extraordinary customer service and support. We are looking for experienced Service Advisors to educate customers on recommended maintenance and repairs for optimal vehicle performance and drive the customer experience in the Service Department. You will collaborate with technicians, lot attendants and the parts department to ensure customers receive expert service and quality customer care throughout the service process. The Service Advisor reports to the Service Director.

Core Responsibilities:
Schedule, confirm and prepare for customer appointments, ensuring an efficient service experience.
Determine vehicle needs based on customer feedback, vehicle inspection, and current mileage to make service recommendations.
Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates, with full transparency.
Obtain customer authorization for services and process payments.
Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work to update customers if additional repairs are needed.
Follow-up with customers on the status of their vehicle and satisfaction of service.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of prior automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience is required. Mercedes-Benz or other High-Line (luxury/import) service experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, in person and over the phone.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Collaborative and works well with others to achieve department goals and meet customer needs.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
