The District Manager oversees the performance, operations, and teams of a group of retail locations across the US. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role: you will spend most of your time in stores — coaching Store Managers, driving sales and operational excellence, and providing on-the-ground training and support for new store openings. Frequent travel across the country and to new store sites is a core part of the job.

Train, develop, and retain high-performing Store Managers and store teams; build bench strength and a pipeline of future leaders.

Champion a customer-first culture and a consistent brand experience across all locations.
Handle escalations, loss prevention, and store-level issue resolution promptly and professionally.
