Responsibilities of Back of House Team Members:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Know the duties of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, prep, and food preparation
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management
• Comply with Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Willing and able to work flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
