Work responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Be well-informed of duties for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, prep, and tables
Stock kitchen inventory as needed
Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
Stay up to date with new products released by Chick-fil-A
Work safely around the kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Management
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying updated on any changes
Complete all assigned opening or closing duties
Comply with Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
Requirements and qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a reliable source of transportation
Ability to handle all equipment; pans, pots, navigation shelves both high and low
Basic reading, writing, and math skills and verbal communication required
Function in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments
Function well independently and in a team environment
Have the ability to lift and transport 40 pounds regularly
Be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
Be available to work most Saturdays
Complete all assigned tasks and be willing to assist others
Prioritize safety, cleanliness, and food quality
Cheerful and positive attitude
