The ideal candidate will have experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration. The role requires professionalism, prompt response, attention to detail, and strong communication as you assist customers during stressful property damage situations.Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesEffectively Perform all Mitigation Services the Company OffersComplete Tasks as Assigned by Foreman to IICRC StandardsJobsite Documentation as Assigned by Foreman – i.e. – Dash, Notes, PicturesCommunicate Effectively with CustomersPerform Basic Equipment Maintenance, Decontaminating EquipmentPerform Basic Vehicle MaintenanceTroubleshooting Onsite Equipment IssuesExecute Scope of Work Given by Mitigation ForemanDaily Checklist of Equipment & Supplies in VehiclesAttend Departmental and Company Meetings as RequiredMaintaining the Integrity of the Containment & Environmental ControlsAdditional Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehiclesMaintaining Jobsite Safety Including Wearing Proper PPEMaintaining Jobsite Cleanliness & Protecting Customer's PossessionsRegular exposure to water-damaged, mold-affected, or fire-damaged environments.Ability to work after hours, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
