Pay: $18-$22 an hour- Full-time
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check and MVR check
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- At least 1+ year of background and formal experience in lake/pond maintenance, landscaping, commercial mowing, turf management, pesticide application
- Ability to lift to 80 pounds on a routine basis
- Ability to walk on steep slopes for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns, and other environmental risks.
- Must practice safety with chemicals and equipment
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to motivate others
- Must comply with Dragonfly's policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities
- Report to the field supervisor
- Manage the maintenance of lakes and ponds, & other Stormwater Control Measures (SCMs).
- Mowing, weed-eating, and string trimming slopes and basins of ponds
- Concrete work, mixing bags of concrete by hand, mixing buckets of grout
- Stabilization includes carrying and rolling out erosion control matting, spreading seed and wheat straw by hand
- Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks.
- Perform work in waders and muck boots
- Collection of company-owned equipment and tools at the end of the day.
- May be asked to help in other divisions such as inspection repair as needed.
Safe operation and maintenance of the following equipment:
- Mowers - Stand on, walk behind, Ventrac
- Edgers, string trimmers, and chain saws
- Backpack blowers and sprayers
- Hand tools such as shovels, picks, rakes, tree chipper, and pruning tools.
