If you are unable to complete this application due to a disability, contact this employer to ask for an accommodation or an alternative application process.MRP Analyst American Fork, UT, USJob Title : Material Requirements Planning Analyst (MRP Analyst)Location : Onsite, American Fork, UTEssential Functions Include:ERP Transaction Management (Just Food / Microsoft Dynamics)Execute and maintain accurate transactions within Microsoft Dynamics and Just Food systemsEnsure compliance with internal processing protocols and data standardsMonitor transaction accuracy and identify discrepancies impacting inventory or planningMonth-End Asia Pacific ReconciliationsPerform monthly reconciliations of Asia Pacific inventory and transactional activityInvestigate and resolve variances across systems and locationsPartner with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate period-end reportingSupport transition of reconciliation workload from senior planners (e.g., offloading work currently handled by leadership)MRP Data Analysis & ReportingSupport MRP processes through data clean-up, validation, and ongoing maintenanceIdentify and resolve data integrity issues impacting planning outputs (lead times, BOMs, demand signals, etc.)Assist in generating and maintaining MRP reports used for operational decision-makingCollaborate with planning teams to improve system accuracy and planning performanceMRP Item Tracker & Project CoordinationOwn and maintain MRP item tracker and related project toolsCoordinate cross-functional supply chain initiatives and follow-upsTrack actions, escalations, and deadlines to ensure timely execution of improvementsFacilitate communication between planning, procurement, operations, and other stakeholdersDevelop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and system resources (e.g., trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools)Apply strong knowledge of MRP, supply chain processes, and ERP systems to support business operationsTroubleshoot system and process issues, providing timely and effective solutionsSupport cross-functional alignment with supply chain, operations, and enterprise teamsUtilize project management principles to drive execution and accountabilityBalance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting business targetsOther duties as assignedQualifications include:1-2 years of experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)Working knowledge of MRP principles and supply chain processesStrong analytical skills with experience in Excel and data managementAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExperience supporting international or multi-site supply chainsFamiliarity with reporting tools (Power BI or similar)Data accuracy and attention to detailProblem-solving and root cause analysisCross-functional collaborationProject coordination and follow-throughPhysical Requirement: Must be able to perform with or without accommodationsReliable and consistent attendanceOffice-based with significant system interactionRole involves independent analytical work and cross-functional coordinationOccasional lifting of up to 15 poundsWork Schedule:This is an hourly position that is typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work hours may vary based on business needs.
