Multimedia Specialist
Savvee Inc. is seeking a part-time versatile Multimedia Specialist to support our federal client onsite in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate develops and maintains web interfaces and digital tools while managing projects from concept through launch and ensuring ongoing site updates. They produce a wide range of promotional, educational, and marketing materials across print, web, and multimedia formats, including graphics, presentations, and video/audio content to support outreach and engagement initiatives.
Essential Functions:
- Developing and implementing interfaces, front pages, and tools to navigate a website.
- Managing projects from beginning through launch.
- Providing ongoing updates of the client's websites.
- Developing and producing promotional, educational, communications, marketing and implementation materials and tools.
- Using tools and materials that include but are not limited to: print and web-based content (such as ads for public service announcements and social media), graphics, brochures, fact sheets, posters, program documents, program logos, presentations, partner templates, reports, booth materials, promotional materials, banners, displays, booths, kiosks, multimedia products, to include video, audio or web-based materials.
- Performing additional duties as assigned in support of evolving contract requirements and client needs.
- Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.
Required Education and Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Art, Media and Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum Experience and Skills Required:
- Three or more years of demonstrated experience.
- Currently holds or has the ability to obtain a DHS Fitness Determination.
- Must have the ability to obtain the client's suitability.
- A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products.
- Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AI-assisted tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A highly motivated self-starter.
- Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills.
