Important: This position requires an active RN license; however, the role supports non-skilled personal care services, focusing on assessments, supervisory visits, care coordination, and quality oversight rather than hands-on skilled nursing visits.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Consistent daytime hours

Rotated on-call responsibilities

What You\'ll Do

As the RN for our Personal Care Services program, you will help ensure clients receive exceptional care and that caregivers are supported, trained, and successful in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop plans of care.
• Perform supervisory visits with personal care staff and aides in accordance with state regulations.
• Monitor client status and identify changes in condition or service needs.
• Collaborate with clients, families, physicians, and care teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide education and guidance to clients and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, Medicaid requirements, and HIPAA standards.
• Support quality assurance and risk management initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with office staff, caregivers, families, and referral partners.
• Assist with care coordination and service oversight for our personal care program.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arkansas.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel locally within the service area.

Preferred:

• Experience in home care, personal care, case management, or community-based services.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
