As an Addus Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse), you will:

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Present educational in-service trainings
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure.
• One year of nursing experience.
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver\''s license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
