Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

On-Call Rotation: Every other week from 5:00 PM-8:00 AM and 24-hour coverage on weekends

What You\'ll Do

As a Service Coordinator, you\'ll be at the center of everything that makes quality care possible. You will:

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive dependable care
• Quickly solve staffing challenges and arrange coverage when needs change
• Build strong relationships through monthly wellness calls and in-home visits
• Support clients and families with professionalism and compassion
• Coach, supervise, and motivate caregivers to deliver outstanding service
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming office environment
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, and company guidelines

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of industry experience
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
• Reliable transportation and a commitment to excellence
