Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. Hours: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Essential Duties:

• Coordinating caregiver schedules for shifts, visits, and client assignments.
• Weekdays and weekend on-call shifts.
• Schedules employees as directed by client\'s care plan established upon intake.
• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence. Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client\'s care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.
• Supervises direct service employees by setting expectations for attendance, performance and conduct by holding employees accountable to the company\'s policies and guidelines.
• Matching caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, personality, and care needs.
• Handling last- minute call offs, no shows, and emergency.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, nurse sand family members about schedule and care updates.
• Monitoring overtime, hours worked, and staffing ratios.
• Addressing client complaints or caregiver concerns.
• Coordinating coverage for weekend, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Introducing caregiver to clients and their families.
• Assist with supervisory visits

Position Requirements & Competencies:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of Industry experience required.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program.
• Must have reliable transportation.
