    Registered Nurse - Hospice Admissions

    What You'll Do

    As a Hospice Admissions RN, you play a critical role in guiding patients and families through the start of their hospice journey:

    • Conduct pre-admission evaluations to determine eligibility and appropriateness of care
    • Educate patients and families about hospice services with compassion and clarity
    • Obtain informed consent and initiate the admission process
    • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
    • Deliver interventions that maximize comfort, dignity, and quality of life

    What You Bring

    • Graduate of an accredited RN program
    • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
    • Current CPR certification
    • Hospice experience (preferred, not required)
    • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
    • Compassionate communication skills with patients, families, and care teams
    • Understanding of quality assurance and patient care standards
