Using a proven healthcare services model, Radiology Partners provides consistent, high-quality care to patients, while delivering enhanced value to the hospitals, clinics, imaging centers and referring physicians we serve.Position Summary:Relay urgent and non urgent medical results between radiologists, referring physicians, and healthcare providers across multiple hospital systemsCommunicate urgent and non-urgent medical results between radiologists, referring physicians, and healthcare providers across multiple hospital systems.Serve as a key point of contact, resolving communication issues and supporting patients, physicians, technologists, and radiologists. Facilitate timely call transfers and direct communication between referring physicians and radiologists when needed.Ensure critical findings, STAT reads, and pertinent positive results are delivered to the appropriate healthcare professional while maintaining HIPAA compliance and answering general reporting-related questions within approved guidelines.DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Associate's degree or equivalent healthcare experience preferred; Bachelor's degree highly preferred.Minimum of 2 years of radiology technology experience, with strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations preferredExperience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) platforms.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong customer service orientation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and the ability to multitask, work independently, and manage priorities with a high sense of urgency.WHY RADIOLOGY PARTNERS: Competitive Benefits package - Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from.
