Location: Addus HomeCare 200 N 2nd Street Paragould, AR 72450

Hours: Part Time This is an hourly position with a set schedule of 3 days/24 hours per week.

As an Addus Registered Nurse, you will:

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Follow up for unskilled services
• Present educational in-service trainings
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
• 2 years of experience required
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver\'s license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
