About the Role
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor (Night Shift) plays a critical role in delivering a positive customer experience by ensuring freight is handled safely, accurately, and on time. This position coordinates and actively participates in the loading, unloading, staging, and movement of freight while serving as a key point of contact for internal teams and customers. The Supervisor leads warehouse operations with a strong focus on service excellence, safety, and operational efficiency.
This position provides daily leadership, direction, and coordination to warehouse personnel. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for setting service expectations, monitoring performance, coaching employees, and ensuring accountability.
This is a night shift position, scheduled 4 nights per week from Sunday through Wednesday.

Perform minor vehicle, equipment, and facility inspections to support safe and reliable operations.
Manage warehouse spills and clean-up promptly to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with the supervisor on the opposite work shift to ensure continuity of service.
Fill in for the Warehouse Manager as needed, including:
Coordinating trailer deliveries from Port/Voyage Planning
Updating required computer systems accurately and on time
Completing delivery manifests and related documentation
Sending delivery alerts to other terminals
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and customer service goals.
