We are seeking a .NET C# Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise web applications using Microsoft technologies. The developer will be responsible for application design, development, testing, system integrations, reporting, and ongoing support of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain technical specifications and change documentation.
Develop, test, and support enhancements, reports, and bug fixes for the Case Management System (CMS).
Participate in application and system feature design.
Develop and maintain data interfaces with partner agencies.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide CMS support and serve as backup support for other team members.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of full-stack web development using .NET technologies.
Experience with SQL Server database design and reporting.
Ability to work with APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Must be comfortable performing the day-to-day responsibilities listed above and working onsite full-time.
