Role: .Net Dev Lead
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable .NET applications and solutions
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements
Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to coding standards and design patterns
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the full stack
Manage sprint planning, task delegation, and delivery timelines within an Agile/Scrum framework
Evaluate and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core development (C#, ASP.NET)
2+ years in a technical lead or senior developer role
Strong proficiency in RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and modern front-end frameworks is a plus
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git)
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to align technical and business goals
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
