We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This is a long-term contract role with a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in .NET/.NET Core development, service-oriented architectures, and modern API-based systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and services.
Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET/.NET Core and C#
Build and consume RESTful and SOAP-based web services/APIs
Work with microservices and SOA-based architectures
Develop and maintain WSDL, XML Schemas (XSD), and namespaces
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Perform debugging, testing, and performance tuning of applications
Ensure best practices in coding, security, and application design
Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core, C#, and Python (mandatory)
Experience with SOA and Microservices architecture
Proficiency in XML, WSDL, XSD, and UDDI
Experience using Visual Studio for development
Solid knowledge of MS .NET Framework
Experience with JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Web Services/APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI
Knowledge of messaging systems and multi-threading
Understanding of XML Schema, namespaces, and service integration
