Job Description

Job Summary:

The .Net Developer role based in Atlanta, GA involves designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and reporting tools primarily using .NET technologies, SQL, and Crystal Reports. The developer will support and enhance existing systems, work collaboratively within a team, and act as an IT subject matter expert to deliver efficient software solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and assist in the development of application specifications.
  • Design, build, and maintain Crystal Reports, Widgets, Forms, Power Apps, and .NET applications/services.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
  • Analyze customers' information needs and business problems to provide effective programming solutions.
  • Provide IT development support and maintain existing software systems and applications.
  • Function as an IT subject matter expert for assigned application areas.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment, both in lead and subordinate roles depending on project scope.
  • Ensure quality development, debugging, documentation, and implementation of computer programs.
Required Skills & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or 5+ years of application development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server development including writing functions, queries, stored procedures, triggers, and managing database objects.
  • Solid experience in program and report development using relevant tools.
  • Proficient in C#.NET and knowledge of the .NET web framework.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports development and maintenance.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as DevOps.
  • Knowledge of hospital EHR processes including eMar, order entry, medication dispensing, assessments, and ADT.
  • Understanding of MyAvatar, RxConnect, and Dentrix systems.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
  • Experience with PowerApps, Power BI Services, and Power Automate.
  • Additional certifications or training related to healthcare IT applications.
Special Considerations:
  • Must be able to maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure continuous operation.
  • Role may require flexibility to work in both lead and supporting capacities depending on project needs.
Scheduling:
  • Regular work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • Position duration is 12+ months with possibility of extension.
