    Description

    IDR is seeking a .Net Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, TX. In this role, you will help design, build, and enhance enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack and MS Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on Power Automate workflow development. This is an excellent chance to contribute to a large-scale organization in the public sector/education services space, partnering closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.

    Position Overview for the .Net Developer:

    • Design, develop, and implement solutions using .NET Core/.NET Framework with modern UI frameworks (Angular or Blazor).
    • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using C# and Visual Studio 2022.
    • Develop and support SQL Server database solutions including schema design, stored procedures, and reporting as needed.
    • Create, implement, and maintain Power Automate workflows and related MS Power Platform solutions.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and development partners to define architecture, features, and delivery plans.

    Requirements for the .Net Developer:

    • 12+ years of proficiency with ASP.NET Framework and strong experience with ASP.NET Core for RESTful API development.
    • 10+ years of SQL Server experience including database design, Entity Framework/schema design, stored procedures, and SSRS.
    • Hands-on experience with modern UI technologies (HTML, TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks such as Angular and/or Blazor.
    • Strong architecture and solution design skills, including implementing projects from scratch, plus experience with unit testing (nUnit).
    • Experience with MS Power Platform—especially Power Automate (plus Dataverse, model-driven/canvas apps, and Power BI).
