About The Role

Join our client's team as a skilled professional where you will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge software solutions. Collaborate with the MES architect to ensure seamless integration with hardware and software systems, supporting enterprise-wide goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance software systems for manufacturing in an agile setting.
• Contribute to solution design and analysis.
• Integrate shop floor systems with custom and off-the-shelf solutions.
• Provide system support and meet KPIs, including after-hours support.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
• Document technical issues and solutions.
• Adhere to SDLC, agile methodologies, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or related field.
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.
• 2 years interfacing with manufacturing control systems, automation systems, PLCs, or OPC data transfer.
• Proficient in multi-tiered architecture using C#, XAML, ASP.NET, JavaScript.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and large volume data processing.
• Experience with Test Driven Development and Agile methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to support software systems in a global manufacturing context.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, YAML, and Pipelines is preferred.
• Experience with Service Fabric, SSIS, Angular, and AngularJS is preferred.
• Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLCs and RSLinx software is preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows mobile applications and Industry 4.0 is preferred.
