Description
Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience in enterprise-level software design and .NET architecture development.
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server database development and relational database modeling.
- Experience with building N-tier web-based software applications, secure data models, and scalable architectures.
- Experience in Angular, PrimeNG, and modern front-end user interface development.
- Experience with benefits eligibility software, social services applications, or public assistance enrollment platforms.
- Experience in Agile software delivery, Web APIs, and Team Foundation Server (TFS) configuration management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect and code complex user interfaces and RESTful web service endpoints using C# and .NET Core.
- Build data-driven applications integrated with SQL Server databases and scalable back-end logic.
- Implement frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks including Angular and PrimeNG.
- Migrate legacy benefit registration, customer intake, and program eligibility modules to upgraded frameworks.
- Design object-oriented system components and document detailed technical specifications for subsystem interfaces.
- Manage software testing processes including unit tests, integration validation, and repository deployments in TFS.
- Collaborate with software engineers, database administrators, and business analysts to align system capabilities.
