.NET Full Stack Developer

Job Description: Seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, .NET 8%2B architecture, Oracle 19c, and Microsoft Visual Studio 2022. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in full stack web development, Oracle database design, PDF generation using iText 7, secure authentication integration, accessibility compliance, performance optimization, testing, and secure software development practices. This role requires hands-on experience building scalable MVC applications integrated with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), OAuth2 authentication, Oracle API Gateway, and PDF-based reporting solutions while supporting production environments, security standards, and enterprise performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ASP.NET Core MVC applications using C# and Microsoft Visual Studio 2022
• Design Oracle 19c database schemas including tables, foreign keys, indexes, ER diagrams, and SQL DDL scripts
• Create Oracle views and SQL definitions to support reporting and PDF generation
• Develop SQL stored procedures for calculations, business logic, and rule enforcement
• Create iText 7 PDF templates and implement dynamic PDF generation services
• Build services that retrieve Oracle data and generate downloadable PDF documents
• Integrate Oracle OCI IAM for OAuth2 authentication and secure access management
• Configure OCI API Gateway for authentication and request validation
• Perform accessibility audits and remediate WCAG 2.1 A and AA violations within MVC applications
• Analyze and optimize Oracle queries, application logic, and overall performance through indexing, caching, and code improvements
• Write and execute unit tests and integration tests to maintain application quality
• Conduct security scans and enforce secure coding practices including SQL injection prevention
• Manage source control using Git/GitHub including code check-in/check-out and collaboration workflows
• Diagnose production incidents, implement fixes, and deploy patches
• Provide weekly status updates and technical knowledge transfer activities

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution
• Collaborate with project managers, IT leads, and stakeholders on technical deliverables
• Maintain accessibility, security, and performance standards for applications
• Perform documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing activities
• Support additional development and technical duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Senior-level experience in ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, and .NET 8%2B architecture
• Strong experience with Oracle 19c or later including schema design, SQL, views, indexes, and stored procedures
• Hands-on experience with iText 7 PDF generation and template development
• Experience using Git/GitHub, branching strategies, and pull request workflows
• Experience implementing secure authentication using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and OAuth2
• Experience building WCAG 2.1 A and AA compliant user interfaces
• Experience with WAVE accessibility tools, keyboard navigation, contrast validation, and accessibility testing
• Experience writing unit and integration tests and maintaining application quality
• Experience optimizing performance and securing applications against common vulnerabilities
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience

Qualifications:

• Senior-level enterprise web application development experience required
• Experience supporting secure, scalable, and performance-optimized applications required
• Strong knowledge of secure coding standards and accessibility compliance preferred
• Ability to support production systems and resolve incidents effectively required
