Pay Range: $40 - $45/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
 

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Full Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET and React, with a proven track record of leading the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in .NET and React development
• Proven experience in architecting scalable, maintainable, and high-performing microservices
• Strong collaboration skills with product owners, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience in conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI services into production-grade .NET applications
• Knowledge of performance optimization and system reliability
• Familiarity with the latest updates in the .NET and React ecosystem

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications, APIs, workflows using .NET and React
• Guide and mentor engineering teams, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues
• Manage project timelines and communicate risks and status to stakeholders
